We are a forward thinking salon that takes great pride in training/coaching its stylists to understand the business side of our industry as well as having strong beliefs that continuing education in cutting, coloring, and styling is a must. We average 65+ NEW clients a month. We will teach you how to retain clients and the sky's the limit for your potential to grow.

• Automatic “we miss you” and “your due to come in” e-mails
• Monthly one on one meetings to set goals, track progress, and work on client building, promotions, etc

• Monthly Staff meeting to discuss & plan upcoming events, celebrate achievements, etc.
• Blog, website, facebook "friend" & "business" pages, twitter, and Pinterest to promote salon. We also have a private Salon group that we share info, events, articles, and more!
• Fun events throughout the year (Style Detroit, Children w/Hairloss fundraisers, blow dry bootcamps, scavenger hunt, etc.)

• As much education as we can find & attend or host in Salon! We sell candy and have fundraisers to add income to our education fund.
