At Salon Epiphany we are pleased to be adding Stylists to our team! If you are a Stylist or have a friend or family member who may be interested, please share a link with them.

We are a strong, growing TEAM that wants only the best of the best, if you don't love doing hair, this is not the right fit for you. We are a forward thinking salon that takes great pride in training/coaching its stylists to understand the business side of our industry as well as having strong beliefs that continuing education in cutting, coloring, and styling is a must. We average 65+ NEW clients a month. We will teach you how to retain clients and the sky's the limit for your potential to grow.

• Online/smartphone access to your schedule with the ability to schedule appointments & add clients.

• “Stampt” app for iphone & droid for clients to use in place of product punch card (purchase 6 products & receive 7th free up to $15)

• Automated text message & e-mail reminders for appointments, (along with phone reminders also)

• Newsletter & e-mail/text message contact

• Automatic “we miss you” and “your due to come in” e-mails

• Monthly one on one meetings to set goals, track progress, and work on client building, promotions, etc

• Monthly/bimonthly in salon training on new services or techniques

• Monthly Staff meeting to discuss & plan upcoming events, celebrate achievements, etc.

• Blog, website, facebook "friend" & "business" pages, twitter, and Pinterest to promote salon. We also have a private Salon group that we share info, events, articles, and more!

• Fun events throughout the year (Style Detroit, Children w/Hairloss fundraisers, blow dry bootcamps, scavenger hunt, etc.)

• Great promotions for clients

• As much education as we can find & attend or host in Salon! We sell candy and have fundraisers to add income to our education fund.
